In 2008, Maria and Giuseppe Rossi opened the first SandwichCo location with a simple dream: to bring authentic, homemade flavors to busy New Yorkers. What started as a small family business has grown into the city's most beloved sandwich destination.

    We conducted an in-depth analysis of the local food service market. We established our unique brand positioning and created an initial proprietary collection of sandwich recipes and concepts.

  • March 15, 2017Lease Signed; Storefront Renovation Underway

    We successfully secured a prime location in the city center. Intensive renovations began to transform the space according to our operational requirements and desired aesthetic vision.

    Following successful health inspections and staff hiring, the sandwich shop officially opened its doors. The initial focus was on building strong local brand awareness and loyalty.

    Responding to growing customer demand, we rolled out our proprietary online ordering and delivery platform. We also introduced a popular dedicated line of vegetarian and vegan sandwiches.
